Our updated vetting system now more effectively monitors changes in employment status, job titles, and email validity for our contacts. This enhancement also allows us to identify individuals who have undergone career changes and may no longer be reachable. Consequently, we are archiving such contacts to maintain the accuracy and relevance of your network.

We will automatically refund credits for any contact you've unlocked that is later archived. You can view your archived contacts in the Manage section. Credit refunds are processed automatically whenever a contact is archived.
