⚡ Enhanced CRM Features

Exciting news! Our Contact CRM has received a fresh update, enhancing both its design and functionality to streamline your interactions and keep track of your contacts more efficiently. Here’s what’s new:

Status Labels for New Contacts: From this month onward, every new contact you unlock will automatically be assigned a status label. These labels - such as "Unlocked," "Follow-Up," "Contacted," etc., - are designed to offer a clear snapshot of your relationship and interaction status with each contact. This feature aims to simplify your workflow and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Action Required for Previous Contacts: For contacts unlocked prior to this update, a simple action is required on your part. Just assign a status label to these contacts to bring them into the fold of your newly organized CRM system. For the meantime, there are two sections to view your unlocked contacts, one in the My Network > Network (showing all contacts) section and the other is in My Network > Manage (only showing contacts with assigned status labels). It’s not the most ideal layout but this will soon be merged into one section in further updates.

Revamped Contact Notes Section: We’ve also supercharged the contact notes section. It’s now more robust, supporting not just text entries but also file uploads. This means all pertinent information, documents, and notes about a contact can be centralized in one convenient location. Whether it's a PDF, an image, or a document, you can attach it directly to the contact’s record, keeping all critical information at your fingertips.

Accessing the New Features: To dive into these new functionalities, head over to the My Notes section of your unlocked contact record. Here, you'll find both the new contact status label and the enhanced notes feature ready to go.
